Monochrome black in summer? It must not be very hot over there. I would try the same outfit in white or a bright, warm color. Anyway, not a fan of black casual outfits in any season. Might not be the same for a stay-at-home mom, but it's too office-y for my taste.

Beautiful looks! For anyone reading this comment looking for ideas, I would caution you that these looks are definitely not business casual. The biggest concerns are the slit in the skirt is far too high, the skirts are too short, one pair of pants were much too casual and leather jackets and quilted bags or little dressier bags with heavy hardware are more 'smart casual'. These looks are more appropriate for lunch with your friends over a workplace. If your workplace has stipulated Business Casual, keep in mind these outfits would be inappropriate! Some of the looks are smart casual, some are casual.

Super interesting video, dear Elana! I started to focus on consciously purchasing pieces made with natural fibers a couple of years ago and it was such a game changer, especially for summer. The breathability and comfort those pieces offer is just superior. :)

I always regret wearing synthetic in warm weather😝 I check every label before purchasing but sometimes I just go cheap knowingly and often regret it 😂

Yeah if you do a session on hats that would be great! I try to always wear hats every time I am out in the sun and its always a challenge to come up with one that is balanced for my petite size size. BTW I bought your black pantsuit and the first time I wore it, someone came up to me to ask where I bought it!

This is perfect! My health is getting better, where I can wear flats again for a couple hours at a time (yay-no more tennis shoes 24/7), and maybe I can try some cuter tennis shoes now too! Really have been enjoying your summer clothing content overall too!!!

I don't go for timeless. Nothing last long in my hands. Not sure why but everything gets dmged. Not sure how. Just does. So I don't think timeless when I shop. I have to shop regardless.
